Strategic Partnerships
Building trusted relationships that create long-term growth.

Building partnerships, shaping product strategy, and helping innovative organizations grow through execution, storytelling, and cross-functional leadership.
Throughout my career I’ve worked alongside founders and leadership teams to build partnerships, shape product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute cross-functional initiatives.
I’ve worked across enterprise software, consumer technology, digital health, nonprofit leadership, AI, and defense technology — but the common thread has always been the same: helping organizations navigate change and turn ambitious ideas into execution.
I enjoy creating clarity from ambiguity, aligning stakeholders across functions, and building momentum where none existed before.
Building trusted relationships that create long-term growth.
Helping leadership teams turn vision into execution.
Positioning products, defining messaging, and launching new initiatives.
Connecting teams, managing priorities, and solving cross-functional problems.
Turning complex technologies into compelling narratives that customers, partners, and investors understand.
Early-stage AI company. Led strategic cross-functional initiatives across product positioning, partnerships, repeatable GTM frameworks, and ecosystem development. Ran discovery with Ukrainian defense manufacturers to sharpen AI use cases and product-market fit, coordinated AI pilot programs — translating operational requirements into product requirements, KPIs, and deployment scenarios — and drove an end-to-end website and executive messaging transformation for the company's evolving AI sustainment narrative. Built executive briefings, roadmaps, and business cases for AI adoption.
Owned the strategic partnerships channel end-to-end — onboarding, enablement, operations, performance, and partner-sourced revenue. Established repeatable operating practices, negotiated partner agreements with the COO, led Microsoft partnership expansion and co-sell through Microsoft Marketplace, and drove joint GTM initiatives, project pitches, and RFP responses with Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership.
Led marketing and communications during wartime hypergrowth — supporting expansion from ~$350K to $40M+ in donations and a 10x jump in active volunteers. Launched and executed partnerships with UNICEF USA and AirBnB.org, built the first partner- and donor-facing weekly newsletter (grew email database from 2,000+ to 60,000+ in six months), and represented Nova Ukraine on corporate panels for Microsoft, Adobe, and Netflix.
Owned Qardio's largest revenue channel — Amazon, $8M+ P&L across five geographies. Built full-funnel Amazon Ad strategy (Search + DSP) managing $500K in ad spend across 8 marketplaces, forecasted all consumer channels, and launched RiteAid.com and Lenovo.com in the U.S.
Launched new hardware products across Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, and Macy's — driving 65% of 2018 revenue and 200% YoY growth, reaching 10M+ consumers. Led a team of 7 across promo campaigns, SEO, creative assets, email, social, and CES presence. Ran the Petcube Rescue Program supporting brand awareness and pet adoption.

Different verticals, same instinct — help the team see the market clearly and move faster than seems reasonable.
Long expeditions taught me how to make decisions with incomplete information, pace the team, and keep morale on the harder days.
Producing independent film sharpened how I navigate through challenges, look for opportunities, and use film as a cultural diplomacy tool.
Volunteering with Nova Ukraine keeps me close to the humanitarian work that grounds everything else I do.
